VP Digital Marketing / Digital Transformation

The Vice President of Digital Marketing & Digital Transformation is a senior-level marketing and technology leader responsible for driving the organization’s end-to-end digital strategy, modernizing marketing capabilities, and building a scalable engine for growth. This executive blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership to elevate customer acquisition, digital experience, data-driven decision making, and MarTech innovation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Digital Strategy & Transformation

  1. Develop and lead a cross-functional digital transformation roadmap aligned to company
    growth goals.
  2. Modernize marketing operations, customer journeys, and digital touchpoints across web,
    mobile, CRM, eCommerce, and demand generation.
  3. Identify opportunities to introduce AI, automation, advanced analytics, and emerging
    technologies to streamline workflows and increase ROI.
  4. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and data-driven optimization.

Digital Marketing Leadership

  1. Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid media, email, social,
    content, web optimization, and digital partnerships.
  2. Drive full-funnel performance, pipeline creation, and revenue attribution using modern
    MarTech and data tools.
  3. Build and scale omnichannel marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and accelerate customer acquisition and retention.
  4. Own KPIs tied to growth, customer engagement, and ROI, ensuring campaigns meet aggressive performance goals.

MarTech, Data & Analytics

  1. Evaluate and optimize the marketing technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, 6sense, GA4, automation platforms).
  2. Lead analytics, insights, and reporting across marketing and digital functions to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Ensure data accuracy, governance, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing programs.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Lead and mentor digital, growth, analytics, and marketing operations teams.
  2. Partner closely with Product, Sales, IT, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to
    align digital initiatives with enterprise objectives.
  3. Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and measurable impact.

Customer Experience & Innovation

  1. Drive digital initiatives that improve customer engagement, UX/UI, navigation, and conversion throughout the lifecycle.
  2. Oversee A/B testing, personalization, and digital experimentation programs.
  3. Stay ahead of digital trends, competitive landscape changes, and new technologies that can advance the business.
  1. 10–15+ years of progressive digital marketing leadership experience, ideally within high growth, technology-driven environments.
  2. Strong track record in digital transformation and modernizing enterprise marketing functions.
  3. Expertise across performance marketing, demand generation, CRM, analytics, website optimization, and multi-channel strategy.
  4. Demonstrated success implementing and managing advanced MarTech ecosystems.
  5. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights, action, and revenue impact.
  6. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
